the hotel's proximity to the airport REALLY helped! i saved money using the convenient bus stop right outside the entrance. i used the free wi-fi and it worked perfectly. my overall experience was definitely great!

I wasn't thrilled that my room lacked a mini-fridge. It would have been nice to have chilled drinks available.

The family room was quite spacious. It included a double bed and two single beds with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. The included breakfast had various choices and was very clean and tidy. I found the staff very friendly. They were also helpful.

I found that there were few choices for my gluten intolerant partner at breakfast. It was mentioned a screen advertised several things, but the staff member said the posters show things that are not true. I think this situation could improve.

the reception was efficient, and the staff easily provided information on local dining options , and parking. i appreciated that the family room allowed two adults and two teenagers to stay together. this differed from some other chains i have used. i also found the free, early weekend breakfast especially convenient.

i noticed some dark decor in the room , and the swinging light fixture felt a bit off.

My late check-in was handled SO smoothly due to a flight delay, the staff made it easy. The provided linens were clean and FRESH. I enjoyed a really nice breakfast before departing the hotel early.

I asked for a wake-up call. it did NOT happen. Luckily I set an alarm.

I found the room to be very clean and well-equipped with everything i needed! the breakfast was quite lovely, and the staff were friendly. It made my morning! the location was convenient for the airport. It was an easy walk.

The parking cost felt quite high. It was an unexpected expense at £10 a night, even for hotel guests. i wish there was a more reasonable rate.
